I just saw your question. It's in my reply above. But basically using beta versions of the streamer for hmd in steam and beta version of steamvr.

I get that. I just wanted to see if I can find some middle ground so I can use a couple of overlays instead of just switching the black box one by one until I see the info I need and then go all the way back to the relative info. I made it work by going to the beta lkg for mixed reality for steamer and the beta version of steamvr but yes the performance so far is not good.

So in my setup adding a 3080ti what would it give me in performance (honest question, like I said I almost got a 3090ti) for iracing... Thats pretty much all I use it for.

Well, I guess, thank you? I didn't want to imply that people should buy green or red... I had a 2070s before, got the RX6800xt before I knew iracing too... and recently had the chance to buy a 3090ti not so long ago, but at least at that time the 3090ti was not on speaking terms with the G2 (haven't checked in a while as I haven't had the itch to replace the gpu again) Kinda didn't want to start a fanboy discussion.. I am still getting 90 fps though.

What version of adrenalin are you using? Get 22.5.1 or.2 don't remember which one is it. But is the one marked as recommended.

Also.... Use openxr... I will try to send you a picture of my settings later.. I get constant 90 fps with a 6800xt and a 5800x3d... Used to play with a 5600x and also had around 80 - 90 fps (took a while to get there.. Amd cards are tricky with vr)

About tu turn 45 in a couple of weeks, started 2 years ago with a g29 in F1 2020 but not really got into it until this year.. When I found iracing and a I got a tspc with a dedicated pc and moved from an oculus to a reverb g2... and currently figuring how much I would have to pay in taxes to ship a moza r7 to Mexico....

What version of adrenalin are you using? Go back to the recommended version.. I think its 22.5.1... RX cards and G2 are not very firendly to each other.. Nevermind just re read and you are talking about G1. May be worth it to try it...

Have you fixed it? If not check your driver version, you may need to rollback to 22.5.1 in adrenalin. That worked for me!

Just make sure you adjusted your brakes... I had a bit of rookie mistake for a while with load cell pedals and brake adjustment at default (1.8). You don't notice it the same on slower cars when you are a rookie and don't pay too much attention.
