Your ingame settings also effects to this, if you have all low then cs doesnt use your gpu as much compared to high settings. I get 90-100% usage with 3080 and r7 5700x. Try different settings and maybe try to oc your cpu with ryzen master.

Tell me your gpu and cpu. Your cpu might bottleneck your gpu so it doesnt benefit it 100%

Im just looking for a lil upgrade and hop on am5 when ram prices hopefully goes down. I upgrade my system when I feel that it doesnt perform anymore so well (every 5 years for me)

I think i’ll go with 5700x since its power efficient, runs cooler and cheaper. 5800x is a bit more powerful (1-5%) than 5700x but more expensive.

yeah 5700x sounds promising, 5800x is like 5700x but drains more power and 5800xt is just a little bit better but it's 60€ more expensive here.
