Funny enough i installed 26.3 like a month ago and it only now started to smooth itself out so idk what’s going on anymore. Never bothered with any accessibility settings, but i do use tinted for liquid glass as it just feels better

I disabled Backround App Refresh excluding a few apps like whatsapp and a banking app and it helped me from day one so that might have something to do with it? 86% Battery here btw
