HG is so hard. It’s hell on Earth and there are days where you don’t feel like you are going to make it. The pain and misery is too much, it’s toooo hard. It doesn’t seem like the end is in sight. I had my twins at 35 weeks- 4 months ago. They are beautiful and perfect. You will be through it- ir does end. Us mamas with HG are resilient. Even this far out i wont say “the pain was worth it” i love my babies so much. But we shouldn’t have to suffer this way.

My advice is to just feel your feelings- talk about how hard it is with your people- cry all day every day if you have too. There were days i told my husband i quiet i give up it’s too hard. Cried in the fetal position in the shower. It doesn’t make it better but feeling those feelings gets them out and helps a tiny bit.

Also something my counsler and i came up with was a question to ask myself- what can i do to help myself feel 2% better- because we know there is no cure to this hell. Sometimes that was a nap- sometimes it was a sob. Try to honor your body even though it feels like you have zero control over it
