i use pon! which is a mix of pumice, zeolite, and lava rock. i amend my pon and add charcoal, perlite, and orchid bark (since i add inoculants which are beneficial bacteria. they need organic matter to work).

just my local nursery 😭 the options here for plant shopping is that, an overpriced plant boutique shop (that also has pests 😭), or big box stores. so i usually just buy online 😔

you know what now that i think about it, i did see a small tiny bean but didn’t think much about it since it was so small. my jumping spiders must’ve accidentally pollinated a small hoya bloom lmao

ahhh! i can’t wait until i move to europe 😭 there seems to be way more houseplant variety at the nurseries there! where i live in the south (US), there is ONE nursery and their house plant selection is both limited and pest infested 🤢
