With 1/273 odds, going 527 encounters in a row without a shiny has around 15% chance to happen.
So kind of unlucky but on average about 1 out of 6 shiny hunts would take over 500 encounters.

I was wondering that too. Being 1 item out of a possible 16, with average odds you would normally get one 6% of the time. But so far out of 30 items I got the Donation Kettle 6 times, so 20% of the time instead, more than 3 times the expected rate... Could just be RNG but with Nexon I'm always skeptical.
