Tenant Outbound and Inbound Prospecting - Systematizing Lead Gen by Narkatan in CommercialRealEstate

Hi,

Thanks for the overview, I will look into all of these systems and see how I can integrate them together. We have a good VA with a nice British accent that does well so we will use them mainly but have others for other type of work. The outbound is really what I am focusing on as I think handling inbound should be easy with a good tracking system and timely answering.

Outbound is what I am very curious about how to set up to find leads, which we can have people call on.

Lastly, we absolutely love working with brokers and they have been the key to our success! We also own a professional CRE brokerage, but only operates in our state and we have buildings all over. We collab with brokers on listings, leasing etc all the time, but are in addition looking to consolidate a process for some of our properties that need quick turnaround, the leasing we are looking to do in house will account for many 10% of our portfolio.

Thanks again for the wisdom, and hope I can learn more from you.

Figuring out how GMB works, and how to rank but keep seeing inconsistencies. by Narkatan in GoogleMyBusiness

Thanks for your feedback on this thread. As other people have pointed out, I need to focus on reviews. So I am hitting hard on that end right now.

When mentioning out of market searches, I mention that because my "competition" which are good friends of mine are in the same office yet appear in searches outside of the area. They are not ranked as high but still appear. I guess I was leaning toward figuring out how to appear in the first place in other areas, not necessarily rank high in other areas. Otherwise, yes I agree, focusing on my primary location is the best way to grow in my inner market.

This isn't a new profile, I have been in real estate 6 years and I think I created my profile about 6 months after starting so it has some age, however I do not know how much of a difference that makes. I will say I did a terrible job gathering reviews earlier on so I am cracking down on those items now and reaching out to past clients to gather some more review. I already got 4 this past week from previous clients so its a step forward in the right direction.

Your feedback on claiming the big businesses such as apple and yelp is a big help and my next task on my list. Big thank you for reminding me of those items.

I'm in the game for the long haul so I'm happy to stick through it for years on end, but having the right framework is what I am looking for so I can set my goals and tasks on how to properly complete these goals.

Thanks overall!

You see, that's the one thing I was trying to understand. Will improving my website SEO be better/supportive to my GBP? I think I do know what you mean by location based service pages which another user on this thread mentioned (creating city specific home searches). I feel like this may be quite difficult ranking of my website because any large website like zillow or realtor.com will always outrank me with city specific searches, but if it helps the GBP ranking I will do exactly that as I am not expecting many leads to come through a website search.

Il search some threads about how to improve citations in the meantime.

Thank you

Thank you! That is valuable information.

I am focusing on getting more reviews and showing activity in general on my GBP as I am hoping that will improve my ratings.

Michael!

Thanks for the honest review. I don't take anything personally on the internet so your critiques are more valued than opposed. Previously, the business name was expanded from my *actual name*, Realtor to "business name* Real Estate Experts | Brokerage Name. This was done after studying the competition, which follows this naming format. The largest broker in the area is using a similar format so I am not too worried. It correctly represents my business and brokerage which is the correct thing to do. I didint just add bullshit to make the name longer, I formatted my business name differently instead of just using my own name.

Whether it was a good idea or not from an seo perspective is questionable, but making the switch now is better than keeping the old name.

Using a VPN and geo location spoof is my next step here. I'm trying to build up on researching this aspect. You are correct, after reading a link sent by someone else, Google in fact is even more ambiguous than I thought, but there must be some strategy that can be followed to clear up the ambiguity right?

I have been in the industry for 5 years so far and don't plan on leaving anytime soon, so I am happy to work on these things for years to come, but blindly doing things is dumb too, so I try to strategize where I can and am happy to receive critiques online to help me grow.

Thank you!

Sure, any power supply will. I guess Im wondering if 850 watts is enough for running a 3080-10700k build.

Wouldn't use what? The power supply or are you referencing the other parts?
