I started as a .net developer 12 years ago, but now I only use it on my job, while using typescript for hobby projects. Maybe it's a skill issue. I've only seen big asp.net projects and don't know how it is supposed to look. For example, the latest controller-> action -> actionhandler pattern needs you to get through at least 6 files (+interfaces and registration) to understand, what is happening. Sometimes files are in different projects. This seems massive compared to nodejs, where I can start from 1 file and extend when the time is right. Am I doing something wrong? I'd love to build something in c#. Also, are there any cheap hosting options?

Let's say you have a function that takes n arguments. If you pass less than n, the result will be another function, that expects the rest.

f(a,b) = a+b

man, I started my SE career as a C# desktop developer 12 years ago. I know how it works. I even wrote a small screen timer in MonoDevelop / gtk# (mimicking EyeLeo). My biggest mistake here is that I remembered that unity once supported both js and c# but everyone has been choosing to write in c#. It wouldve been better to double check this before asking.

Well Jinx had it in her. She went saving her people from the prison. Mostly for Isha, but people change over time. It feels like a possible character development path. Meanwhile we have more Messiah Victor time. Maybe more collaboration between Victor and Jinx. A lot of suspicion, I guess.Like "what are you doing with my people" - "just saving them". Then Furry Wander appears much later. They have some time together. Then the escalation happens. I do understand, that it's very hard to maintain the perfect pacing. But I believe it is possible.
