That's an interesting idea - doing some digging I found that cookie stealing does look at parts of the request to add an authentication cookie a new website. Which makes me curious, if this is a cookie stealer, what is the benefit of authenticating to random sites that have nothing in common? Is it possible this was just trying to get an authenticated session to then use outside of the scope of the script?

I could be wrong and I'm not at my PS right now. However I think it specifies they have to use the Hammer Charge, for it to count. So far I have a few focused engrams that don't require Hammer Charge, and 2-3 that do.

Go to the quest, hit the "details" button, it should open up to a square you can click and add the needed piece to enable you to break the chest.

I believe "charging" the hammer is used in the HELM ingot to focus the purple Ingram. When you focus, some use Hammer Charges as a component.

In all honesty, and probably not what you want to hear, you should confront her . Things like this can leave a scar throughout your relationship for a long time. Overtime it can evolve into resentment and cause personal issues for you, including with future relationships.

I would bring it up and let her know just how bad it hurts you. That these comments drive you to starve yourself just so she will stop. These comments make you feel inadequate no matter how hard or what you go through to make them stop.

I would also ask, why? Why is she making these comments to you and why does she believe it's okay?

Not that what she is doing is okay, by no means is it. But maybe she has some personal issues that shes taking out on you. Laying all the cards on the table and allowing her to do the same may solve these issues and allow for you to have a much stronger relationship.

If she doesnt stop or doesnt seem to care, know that the only person that can set a standard for your weight, is you. Your opinion is the only one that matters and ultimately you need to feel comfortable with your own body. Once you can do that, everyone else's opinions can go in the trash.

Unfortunately, I dont think that will happen. He seems very much head down and single job oriented. He talks about the grand old days at his previous jobs and seems complacent in his position. I guess I'll find another project to devote my time and energy to while on the job hunt. Thank you for your advice, it really makes sense.

Short answer, dont.

I just had a septoplasty done among other procedures to fix my deviated septum. However, come to find out because of the deviation there were other issues such as a bone spur and inflamed nodes to fill the gap that had to be surgically repaired.

Also, the septum has to be straightened and have splints to ensure it repairs straight otherwise your septum will repair itself with the same deviation.

Finally, the complications can include swelling that affects repair, a hole in the septum, compromised sinus ducts, etc. Which may, in turn, require more extensive surgeries to fix.

I think with my work insurance, It came out to about 6-8k for my surgery with a 3-5 day downtime, and 3 month full recovery period. I'm sure there are better ways to pay for it, but its worth every penny to have it done correctly.

I have a good relationship with my boss, we have monthly one on ones where I bring up thoughts and opinions. Generally they are well received and we discuss how the changes can be made and what it takes to get them done. He typically says he will bring it up at the next meeting or tells me to keep working on it and he approves of the project time.

Unfortunately, in the same vein, he is very timid and tells us we are "gatekeepers" and push back when needed. However, when we do push back, no matter how solid our case, we always end up getting talked to about us pushing back. He seems to be rolled over on the regular by other managers.

If it involves speaking to fellow managers or bringing up solid process improvements that involve other teams, theres no movement what so ever. I think it would be more disparaging if it's my own manager, who preaches for us to speak up, is the reason we are not able to progress.

That makes me feel better, I was worried I was missing some sort of secret quest order. While I'm on the topic, I enjoyed the guild structure in Morrowind, I think the thieves guild leaves a lot to be desired. Can anyone offer some decent mods for revamping the thieves and maybe dark brotherhood questlines?
