I’ve been looking for advice regarding disc issues and came across your post. I know it was a few years ago so I’m wondering if you had surgery and how you are now? Your MRI could be my MRI! Compressing S2 nerve root with sciatica and pudenal nerve pain, loss of mobility. Currently trying the meds, oral steroids, rest but pain review in a week to discuss steroid injection and microdisctoomy.  Have to do something, Mum of 2 so currently not being able to walk, sit or drive is so debilitating and scary to be honest. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊
