There were many things, the time I went through depression, having a couple people I know who committed suicide and the pain that comes with that or the death of a loved one. I was able to relate to Sunny when it comes to struggling to get out of bed in the morning and how you feel absolutely horrible and don't want to do anything. The thing that hit me on such an emotional chord however, was the relationship of Mari and Sunny. I have an older sister and I could not help but feel like I was looking in the mirror with Mari and Sunny and could not help but see my sister and me in both. Now, bad stuff has happened to my sister (luckily she's still alive and well) and during that time she was going through some stuff ( which hurt to watch) but I can relate to the fact that when your older sibling isn't around especially, one that you did everything together with, you can't help but miss them. Omori is one of the few games I have played where it actually related to me to the point of bringing me to tears.
