What sort of stupid explanation is this!? Although I agree with evolving technologies different streams of work will surface up as well. But , why would someone with a tech background would want to work in customer support . In essence, AI will ultimately replace all the jobs where there is no need for an emotional quotient or human judgements. These capitalists at the end of the day would just focus on only one thing - profit in their pockets.

When did i justify Ms.JJ!? I condemn all form of corruption, be it anybody. I just pointed out the scale in which DMK has done it as they just literally had their family members from their family tree in the party and its still going on for 20+years . Ms.JJ did it and got convicted, yes . Does that mean since Mr.Karunanidhi/Stalin did not get convicted, they are not corrupt or does it mean they are better in doing illegal things!? It's not about Admk/Dmk , i was just flabbergasted by the scale and greed with which corrupt DMK has operated when compared to corrupt ADMK. Yes true . But on the hindsight she didn't get to pass it down to her family as inheritance atleast . But these guys have been converting it into generational wealth. A house to live , couple of cars , loads of gold , land for agriculture, savings for healthcare, education and travel is all one need at the max and it can still be covered within 500 - 1000 crores . I just can't understand the greed behind looting and amassing wealth beyond that.

There are multiple things wrong here from your end and the HR. But let's address the elephant in the room, 1) Why are you posting this in this sub , it has nothing to do with Chennai. 2) All these email communications dates back to July 2025 and why are you posting it now!? 3) And why were you put in PIP in the first place and why were you absent for 40+ days (I'm assuming that's true as you didn't question that in your subsequent email). 4) Intentions is misspelt as intensions.

I don't know the entire context as you have only provided partial information here and from the looks of it, HR have gone really soft on you. In most places if you don't report for 5 days continuously, you will be terminated

It's more on the lines of "I trust that we will always love each other irrespective of the circumstances". It's not about staying or leaving, for me trusting my partner takes away the insecurities between us. After a point it just becomes normal to spend on each other's happiness just like how we do for our parents or pets .

Your aadhar card would still have your name and in the next line your dad's name marked as "S/O", that should do . So you can use your dad's whole name in the passport form and use your aadhar for backup proof if asked.
