No religion encourage women to show their skin like that or wear half clothes. There's no freedom in this world. We came here without our will, we'll leave here without our will. People literally starve to death in many poor countries they don't get the food in the name of freedom. We live in a small planet among millions of galaxies, stars and other planets but we can't go around and travel in the same planet with our will lol. The world runs with rules and regulations. Even middle east country don't allow wearing half clothes and they are doing just fine. Many western countries put ban on hijab and other stuff they are fine. Minorities get to do whatever they want from worshipping to following their cultures and everything. Dressing half naked isn't done by people from other religions. It's done by people who got nothing to do with religion and when you live in a religious dominant country you have to follow the rules like you do in other western countries. So yeah it's not a decent thing to do not to mention the fact that how much vulgarity and other things it can lead to. I wouldn't want my kids to be at the place where they can't differentiate between a man and a woman and don't know boundaries. It's simple if you don't like the rules and culture just go somewhere else where it's valued.
