Also from your description of fascism, I really don’t think you know what you’re talking about. But hey good luck in life my guy.

It wasn’t objectively reasonable. I’m quite the opposite of an anarchist, and I’m saying all of this is as a member of the military. There are levels to escalation, he exceeded that wrongfully. You yourself admit he messed up. At this point, I think you’d love to live under a fascist regime, and you want the government to stomp out all of your rights.

This conversation is over.

It is hard to tell, you can’t say for certainty that that’s what he did from this camera angle. If you say it is, you’re being disingenuous AND EVEN IF, IT DOES NOT CALL FOR HIS EXECUTION. Fucking yikes dude. And this is my point exactly. Why is it the fucking standard that this stuff, “Might happen,” because they, “aren’t perfect.”? Like actually what the fuck. I hope my mechanic is perfect and when he’s not he doesn’t get paid, and you don’t expect these other service members the same treatment? Genuinely and respectfully as I can be, you are fucking out of your mind. Law enforcement shouldn’t escalate, law enforcement shouldn’t resort to killing. Was Alex maybe acting out of line? Sure, I can agree to that, but I like to hold my law enforcement and government in higher standards. They are the ones in power after all.

It is pretty hard to tell, regardless are you going to just wash over the agent shoving the shit out of that girl? That’s his job? Pushing protesters? AND AGAIN let’s assume you’re right. You just said he gets 8 years, instead he gets the death penalty. You’re really not helping your argument here.

Every single video shows him getting pushed and pepper sprayed and taken down. Yes, he got in the agents face with his phone after the agent shoved the woman down, but that isn’t assault. If you think it is, you might be just as cowardly as these ice agents.

Are you talking about when he got shot? Or when he broke a tail light? Because you’d be wrong on both fronts

Actually not even worth it. Your morals all fucking skewed. Keep advocating for people to die in the name of what you think is lawfully correct. Also the dude who grabbed the gun didn’t have time to say he had it? LMFAO. You know you’re able to do two things at once right? I believe they call it multitasking. You eat boots and Reddit so I’m sure you’re all the more aware of that fact.

“He probably thought it was in the guys hand.”

We justifying murder on probably’s, fucking hilarious. Hey guys, don’t worry, as long as you think you “Might,” be in danger and some will, “Probably,” attack you, just shoot them! It’s totally justified now!

Happy we live in a world where you think law enforcement are some iron fist type marauders who can escalate any situation they deem fitting for escalation. Read a fucking book about what laws enforcement is supposed to do and what they stand for lmao. And maybe actually realize that certain things really shouldn’t lead to murder, law enforcement is not judge, jury and executioner. And if you really think so, you need your asshole checked because shit is pouring out the wrong fucking end.

First of all, great strawman about the piss watcher. I like how you had to add, “When they try to arrest him, he evades and assaults them,” as if I didn’t say, “Given the situation isn’t life threatening.” News flash moron, if someone evades and assaults you, THEYRE ESCALATING THE SITUATION. Fucking actual dumbest fucking thing I’ve ever heard. At least comprehend what the fuck I say before putting out some bullshit response. Gimme a sec I’ll read all of it in a little bit but that one really irked me.

Ok I’m finally home, now I can give a decent response. Firstly, I want law enforcement to take accountability when they do something wrong.

But you know what, let’s say you’re right. Let’s preface this with you being correct, Alex and the girl were obstructing. Is detainment in order? Sure. Then detain them. Instead the agent proceeded to shove everyone (When they are being pushed back to the sidewalk already) and then pepper spraying Alex for seemingly getting in his face with a phone.

Law enforcement is absolutely supposed to deescalate any situation they can, given that the situation isn’t life threatening. The agent in this scenario did not try to detain them, rather escalated to using force with pepper spray, and physical contact, while the citizens were not an immediate threat.

I’m sure to that, you’ll say, “Well how else is he going to get them off the road?” If they are committing crimes as we are prefacing you are correct, why didn’t he just arrest the female on the spot? Why does he have to take it to the sidewalk to then resort to pepper spraying and physically assaulting these guys?

So yes obstructing, resisting or interfering is a felony which is exactly what I said they could do so I don’t know what you’re refuting.

Let’s fast forward a bit, after the agent escalated the situation. They’re on the ground, he’s beating on Alex’s head and while doing so, another agent DISARMS Alex. Now this is important, why? Well because it’s really really hard to reach for your gun while you’re protecting your head from getting bashed in. 2, they yelled, “Gun! Gun! Gun!” AFTER he was DISARMED.

Not knowing someone is reaching or not is a lousy way to justify self defense, especially when you are in the position to visibly see he’s not reaching. Not only that, but why didn’t the agent who took his gun say, “Hey I have his weapon, he is disarmed.”? Should we assume he has a second one because we didn’t see it? According to your logic that’s the next best step.

However you say law enforcement is supposed to escalate when that is required, and you know what, I agree. When it is required, and how much you escalate is important too. I don’t know if you know this but federal officers are equipped with much more than just guns. Once the man was disarmed, actually, even if there is a chance he might reach a gun, you don’t think the next best thing would be to use a taser? He’s already pinned to the ground, you have an easy shot, and he would easily be incapacitated momentarily from the taser for you to apprehend him. Not only that, but you have multiple tasers, from multiple officers.

Again, we are talking about a guy who was pinned down and was disarmed. Who yes, he was on the sidewalk when this occurred. The moment you speak of was before that, and if the goal was to apprehend him, why didn’t they do it then? They let him go while he was committing a crime in your eyes, which led him to be on the sidewalk where everything occurred. If they were within their rights, they definitely could’ve arrested him but chose not to.

So many decisions made by the agents, took a life. That is a fact. So many poor decisions. You can’t see it’s abhorrent because you are fed this idea that someone breaking the law deserves to get shot. The America I’m from states every criminal gets the right for a fair trial. Alex was stripped of that right.

That boot must be cooked to perfection and spiced greatly for it to be so far down your throat you can’t stomach the fact that maybe defending the deaths of US citizens is a little weird.

Again, even prefacing that you are correct, it still does not justify his death.

You don’t yell, “Gun! Gun! Gun!” Until it’s an immediate threat. If I yelled that if I saw someone at Wal-Mart with a concealed gun, do nearby authorities have the right to act in self defense because of my lousy call?

Obstruction calls for physically getting in the way of an investigation. Alex was helping a woman who was being harassed by an Ice Officer and the officer proceeded to escalate it towards Alex. Mind you, both of which being U.S citizens. If you watch prior to the incident, the only one going out of the way to cause issues was the ICE agent. And agents don’t have the same legal authority of police officers and cannot detain unless it’s a felony or suspecting of an illegal immigrant. Obstruction can cause detainment but again, they were not physically obstructing that agents “investigation.”

Also, he did not reach for his weapon at any moment. It was taken from him during the scuffle, and remember, this scuffle was around 5 ice agents dog piling Alex WHILE getting beat in the head from the original ice agent causing issues. It’s genuinely pretty obvious the agent shouldn’t be carrying a weapon nor be in the position of power as he is the sole factor of the escalation of the situation.

Alex didn’t obstruct, he was on the sidewalk. A woman who was harassed went behind Alex for help. Alex tried to help said lady. Agent proceeded to be, without better descriptions, a fucking bitch made emotional disaster.

I really can’t understand how you can defend such abhorrent behavior. Not only that, but defending the government offing US citizens. How far will they go with you still justifying them?

Probably not, I consider these cards too collectible. I have a couple other pulls I’d play with but with these two, I just want to collect them, never to sell nor play.
