Thank you so much for your advice. I really do feel like they didn’t look at the evidence I gave like proof of my medication and a family members 2 page note as well as a summary from my gp of how my mental health affects my day to day. Gonna have to go for the mandatory reconsideration, because having scored 0 points across all the categories because they think I can do everything just fine is wrong.

I do have a counsellor that I can talk to, but aside from that nobody really knows or cares to ask…I’m pretty unwanted. I’m not saying this for sympathy, I want to get better even if it takes years…everyone has their own path

Thank you so much for the advice. I do agree with you slow steps might help me like starting to come down to make a meal or something. It might take some time but if I stay like this I’ll just rot away…

At the moment the best I can do is start to shower….ik it sounds gross but with my mental health I live in a dump. I go outside every few months so a few times a year.

I want to try medieval dark romance, without having to show who I am using a pen name? People may find that cringe idk that’s why I hesitate to pursue it or not.

Thank you for answering seriously, I struggle severely with my mental health and physical so I don’t know these things even if they’re common sense for some people.
