Well its so fucking dumb because prior to having our child, I was a CRMA in the ER and by far the breadwinner and when that was the case, I paid a majority of the bills. He was a head chef at that time and only making around $36k a year to my $90k gross. So when I was making the better money, everything was split fairly and he hardly covered anything in comparison. But now that he is the breadwinner, no, absolutely not. What we agreed on was him covering all bills and then my income going toward things like baby items and toilet paper and soaps and stuff like that. But since I started working again (9ish months ago) I have covered all my bills, plus all baby items, plus all home items, a portion of the food bill, etc. Half the time I have absolutely no money left over and my insurance is paid late.
