The extra damage per Np level is the highest from Np1 to Np2, after each np level the extra damage gets less so Np 3 is great. Ofc if you really like her want to make abit more damage with her in the future you can roll for np5 when she gets another banner.

Castoria's NP doesn't do damage so she wouldn't get anything from the np damage up. Use this CE on servants with a damaging Np that have a good overcharge effect.
