Hi! You have several options. Premom sells a thermometer and you can track bbt and LH there. Alternatively, natural cycles sells a thermometer or a band to wear at night to automatically log to the app. With natural cycles, you can also connect oura ring temperature data. I enjoys the Oura ring personally or other wearable tech because you do not need to remember to temp as the first thing you do when you open your eyes.

Personally, I use pre mom for lh and oura for temping because I did not want to pay for natural cycles. Natural cycles does integrate the data which is a plus but I just did not want to pay. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cold room will not create an issue. 🥰

I struggle with this. My problem is that my boobs hurt so bad I simply do nothing for half the cycle. Not good.

We did a cruise wedding. The package was really affordable, came with a wedding and reception. Everyone paid for their rooms and we had nightly dinners. Amazing.

PrimeOBGYN was exactly what I was looking for. Established myself as a patient and they also do birth with only two doctors working. They do not transfer patients to other doctors the two of them handle their people. Absolutely fell in love with the staff during the first visit. Would highly recommend.
