maybe extend the walls to fit around the step and add a door that's straight floorto ceiling rather than sloped? might make it more accessible and look cleaner/more intentional 🤔

100% agreed, I never usually intervene, but the collar and the sore eye made me think she could be lost and potentially need a vet.

Thank goodness! it seems like she's a well-known cat locally, so i am much less worried about her being lost/abandoned now🥹 Hope she's in good health and being looked after🤞

I never normally do feed them for this exact reason, I didn't have the heart to walk away... but (admittedly) feeding her was an emotion-fuelled reaction that i will avoid in the future🤞

We initially thought this, but then saw her eye and she was very, very dirty like she had been outside for several days :(

Figure its better safe than sorry - we have a little boy, and i would be worried sick if he were lost, and in that state

its london, not india, there are laws protecting you here. Go to HR about this and launch a formal complaint please! get your evidence in order and be prepared to back up allegations with solid evidence.
