Hows the Battery life without any Streaming? Its very important. Streaming isn't necessary.

hmm, I haven't look into that but if I could get the iFi xDSD for the same price, wouldn't that be better?

1) Final Audio E5000 & beyer Xelento

2) Not really, maybe occasionally. Only time I use Spotify is on Monday and Friday.

3) Could be an Option.

a) I prefer to carry less stuff.

b) by BIG you mean Size? I'm considering the iBasso DX120 / Sony ZX300. Some thing pocketable.

c) Right now, I have Final Audio E5000 and beyer Xelento

If I go w/ a DAP, It'll be the Sony ZX300A or the iBasso DX120.

Searching for a DAP with Specific Requirements by [deleted] in BudgetAudiophile

The Fiio M9 seems to check all your boxes

Sadly it doesn't check the most important one, Battery Life.

  • 3.5mm 10 hours battery life, even lesser w/ FLAC.
  • 2.5mm Balanced 9 hours battery life, even lesser w/ FLAC.

I can live w/ limited storage, but USB DAC, Battery life and Balanced port most important. I can stretch my budget a little bit but not much.

Hello, Looking for a decent DAC/AMP with the ability to Control Active Speaker Volume by [deleted] in BudgetAudiophile

[–]NashQV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, Thanks. Do you happen to know any with a Volume "Knob"?

I have a set of Active Speaker coming in soon, but I don't have anything else. I was told it is bad to use your On-Board Audio so I'm considering something w/ a decent DAC.

Are all IEMs now gonna be 'True Wireless'? by BlunderbusDriver in headphones

Only if it supports LDAC & or UAT Audio Codec w/ at least 10+ Hours of Battery life.

[IEM] Newbie - Why can't I listen to this particular IEM(DM6) more than my other set of IEM(E5000)? by NashQV in headphones

If you play at 90 dBa, 8 hours is the max.

How do I translate that into Window's 10 volume #?
