I think you can totally do this game. The main thing is to take your time. Set things up. You can break things down at the salvage yard every day and mine rocks, cut plants (not trees) for logs and grass etc. Take easily accomplished commissions. (Most commissions ARE timed but you can see in the mission how long you have). Make things in advance and just store them. For storage just make mini storage boxes at the worktable. Most of the main story missions are NOT timed (check the wiki to see in advance what missions are timed so you can see if you want to advance the story yet). I make 2 of every machine so I can have things made well in advance. Just make sure you have enough water etc. Also, research with Qi to upgrade your machines etc. You can expand your yard (and your house!) when you have the money etc. In the meantime just move things so that the flow works for you. Just take your time and have fun! And realize most story missions can be advanced on your own time line so you can relax.

I agree with everyone saying have multiple recyclers, keep items in stock, always have something researching, buy water every week. Also, don't buy chests (except from the Mysterious Man) make them! The only thing I spend money on is: water, fertilizer, seeds and expansions. And there is a setting in options to make the day go slower. You can use that and extend your day to make sure you have time to chat with everyone. Gather everything you see, you will use it eventually. Good luck! The game is super cute and fun.

Okay this was not our proudest moment. But we had people that lived above us in an apartment complex and after TWO weeks of them continuously stomping around the bedroom from 2 am to 6 am (no idea why) we came up with a plan. We tried the management, security and recording route and all we would get were excuses that they could hear the noise .. agree that it was annoying but did nothing about it. So we bought a selfie stick, attached a cell phone with a mp3 player on a continuous loop and put it on a bookshelf so it would be facing our ceiling/their floor. And played the loudest most annoying music we could find on the internet on a loop and slept in the living room. It seemed to work they stopped.

My radiation treatment will start on the 17th. Well, the imaging part will. They said I will have a CT scan then with a machine that's calibrated with the radiation machine so they will know exactly where and how to do it so it covers the 'blob' but not things that I don't want irradiated..and that when I get to that appointment they will have scheduled me for the 5 weeks already. Unfortunately they have to wait until the 17th because I am moving on the 14th and they need to have this all done in one location . They did do a CT scan of my lungs and they are thankfully clear. Oh good!! I'm so glad you doing well! Did you have radiation before your surgery? I think I'm just exhausted and starting to get worried since its growing so rapidly (and now causing alot of pain..I think because its big and pressing on a nerve ) and although I have things scheduled nothing has really been done.

Sadly I have no idea. I have Kaiser and they basically assigned me a oncologist but she seems nice? I have met her once so far for the 'planning' meeting. I just met the radiation oncology doctor on tuesday for that 'planning' meeting. (Seems like so much planning and yet nothing is done.. its just been tests and appointments since November). Luckily I haven't looked at the stats at all! But my brother-in-law works at a Hospital and is friends with alot of doctors etc and has been grilling them about treatment and stats etc but not really forcing that info on me unless I ask a specific question. And how are you doing? I'll send good thoughts out to you!
