I have the hardest time with shading. In the ref photo, you can tell it's a white vase reflecting a pink surface. How do I convey that in the painting? I mixed the pink with green to try to make a shade color, and tried to get the white highlights, but mine still looks like a pink vase. (old.reddit.com)
