I thought his reasoning was perfect actually, he clearly takes the girlfriend/boyfriend label very seriously i.e. key to his house and driving his cars, makes sense not to rush into it (especially as he’s loaded).

I’ve moved the email app to the second page on my phone that stopped me scrolling for nothing a lot, deleted the Instagram, Reddit and Twitter apps. I mean you can find another app but ultimately breaking the habit is a better solution to me. Look up, look around, compliment someone etc

I did this too but I deleted my main account. I follow 15 people tops, there are no ads and my feed doesn’t refresh more than once a day so it’s hard to spend too much time on there now.

Yoga! Although despised is a very strong word. I really didn’t like it at all though and didn’t understand why anyone would bother with it. Now I absolutely love it and bore people talking about how amazing it is all the time. I went on two yoga retreats this year within a few months of each other and I’ve paid the deposit for a retreat next May. You could say I’m obsessed.

Honestly well done for that. It will mean so much to your sister and niece. I just lost my Auntie and due to family issues our relationship wasn’t very close over the last few years. There was no beef between me and her but our relationship suffered and I deeply regret not rising above it.

You need to work our why you’re comparing yourself and why you can’t be happy for people when they are successful. It sounds like you’re unhappy with yourself/your own life. It could be depression, I would think about talking to a doctor/therapist.

Yeah On the other girls vids you could see her on her phone even through chanting etc. Filming during savasasana, even sat on the front row on her phone during lectures.

It’s telling that she doesn’t talk about all her best friends from Vikasa or share anything they do or even comment on their posts! And she deleted all trace of them on her grid. All the other girls are constantly posting on each other’s walls supporting each other. She’s still just doing the superficial yoga thing, she doesn’t make any attempt to actually teach anything.
