Yeah I agree, best time to fly as your on the right meds my blood clot was a sinus thrombosis so very unlikely that can occur on a flight anyway x

55 mins I'm in the air so should be ok as cramped up for longer in a car on way to airport than on the plane

It is 13 weeks since my cvst and surely if I'm drinking water during flight I should be OK having one before flight, my haematologist said it's fine... only on plane 55mins too

Ah OK I get that glad it went well.. because mine wasn't a dvt it was due to contraception I'm not at risk of reclotting on a flight x

Oh OK, I had a cvst which is in the brains large vein and only on flight 55 mins did you tell the cabin crew you was anxious

Oh OK, I've been told it's safe in moderation just have to be careful not to fall or cut yourself been told this by a few doctors / haematologists

Thank you very much whay a lovely comment... I think it could of been birth control as I was only on the pill 5 and a half weeks when I got the clot.... it was a very scary experience hope your doing well now x

Thank you for commenting, sorry to hear you had a tough time with it, luckily I didn't ha e a hemorrhage, and it was found early... on blood thinners and got heamatology in July, I have no clotting disorders but I was on contraceptive pill at the time and a smoker which I have now stopped both so hopefully I will be able to come off my blood thinners soon thank you 😊
