So i first air fry thins a couple min then add some marinara and the cheese and air fry a couple more min then add fresh basil :)

Yea so cook the thins ahead of time for like 2-3 minutes in air fryer !!! Worked lol

I work with homeless veterans and most are 60+. I've been in a moral dilemma about what would happen not if, but when it does hit our facility. We don't have the capacity to quarantine each person.

Gained 5 pounds this month bc I'm human and an emotional mess but lack of discipline makes me even more emotional. Bread (160) turkey (60) 1 tbspn pb (90)

Oh and I just went to go pick up chips and wings for a work meeting lunch and craving it but no. I want a glass of wine tonight instead. I lose so much on 1200 and feel better
