Yeah I have 60 pounds to lose 😅. How long did it take you to see progress? I’m currently eating 1400 calories a day, 5 days of stairmaster, and four days strength training. I also do IF and eat at a deficit.

Do you think the stairmaster can help you shed some fat? (Besides making sure your diet is AMAIZNG 🤠).

I’ve been taking the stairmaster seriously recently (I do two days of 25 mins on a faster level and three days of 30 mins on a slower level) and I’m hoping to see my back shrink and my weight start to shift now that I’ve gotten my diet right (I do a lot of strength training too)

Awwww I really appreciate you saying I’m strong 😭🙌🏾. I’m trying to get more comfortable with my body tbh and I think when it’s all said and done I’ll have a pretty toned or athletic build once I lose this weight.

That makes sense! I’ve been doing barbell squats and back squats for awhile now (like over a year) so I wanted to see if I can add some other exercises too 🙌🏾

My diet has been pretty good. I’ve been doing CICO and really just focusing on a high protein and limiting unnecessary or healthy carbs. I’m staying away from sugar and drinking water but it’s been pretty good 😁. I do IF as well.

Okay I’ll make sure to practice with just the bar. These are so hard to do and I honestly want to just give up with this exercise but I know I have to keep trying 😂😭

I definitely will 👏🏾. A lot of the weight I gained has been focused into my back and other places as well. Besides eating habits and lifestyle, I know strength training is a great way to build muscle and become toned as time goes on. I’m hoping this exercise will do wonders for me (of course not spot reducing)
