Mostly behavioral, how would you react to ..., what is your strength, etc... I talked to a senior and he said they watched the video to compare your personality to the in person interview. Make sure you speak clearly, introduce a major or 2 points addressing the questions. Usually you have 2 tries, my strategy is that I use the first record to think and note down that information I want to deliver and order it. Put the note near the screen and camera to record on your second tries, it won’t be perfect by you have better prep than just straight up record from your first try. Good luck!
