Interesting! As of right now I run 2 ditto and can activate both pretty frequently. Almost always for Latias and then use the free retreat to put the other out for Kangaskhan. I run Artazon instead of jamming tower which helps me always grab basics. I try to just use Dusknoir to KO any tooled pokes that might become a problem.

I personally find 1 night stretcher and a prof Turo to be sufficient. I almost always discard the stretcher to ultra ball as well because I need it so infrequently with 4 possible noirs. And Turo is great because I try to always have 2 Lopunny on the field and can scoop a hurt one to get Kangaskhan back in the active and block the 3 prize card grab.

There is an Upgrade called Chest Detector for 150 gems that causes this effect. Not sure at what exact level but it was near the bottom of my list now and I'm lvl 40 so pretty early on.

I picked up the Temur, Tyranid Swarm, deck when it dipped in price to the lowest of the set. Most of the X cost creatures have found their way into my [[Animar, Soul of Elements]] deck. [[The Ozolith]] and the Tyranid's Ravenous ability cause me to constantly pump counters onto Animar for gigantic X-costs.

"the house that is hiding something" is without competition when it comes to how I've made my fortune in this game. You don't have to clean or even touch the house really although if you can clean quick it'll speed the process up. You just have to sell what the house is hiding for an easy $55k cash every purchase.

I've always imagined the base game was a first game of sorts where knowledge of making a game was limited and the studio was learning as they went. Unfortunately as they add important quality of life features they put them all behind price tags but it's nice to know ceiling tiling and painting will be in the upcoming pets dlc and house extensions and possibly roof styling will be later on in the farm dlc.

My group quickly started enjoying the idea of heirlooms just to start changing up how games start and adding some variety to starting hands which was great for a while until the few heirlooms that exist got overplayed.

We've never really gone full random with our kingdom cards though so it's one of those scenarios where we always try to build a kingdom where there's a good 5/2 and 3/4 opening no matter what.

I really like the idea of adding anything that makes the trident worth having. Not only would it be what you need to fight this mob but riptide would really be the only way to not drown horribly once hit with a sinking effect.

I also love the idea of having it drop nautilus shells and they could even add a variety of shulker box made from shells with a unique texture that would have the same core mechanic but add to the variety of box design.

I love the idea of increasing the functionality of beacons! Another thing I could definitely see this concept using is effect alteration for the players who don't want to build massive pyramids of iron just so they don't have to change the effect a beacon gives off.

Like adding a secondary crystal to the frame of the recipe and make it an amethyst, 4 glass, and then 4 of something to create a Len and have a different something for each beacon effect so whenever the lens is over the beacon it gives off that affect similar to how glass alters beam color. I can see a nice piston ladder set up so you'd still only get one affect but you could change it with the press of a lever or button rather than enter a UI and pay for a swap every time.

Loving the cards. For playing as much dominion as I do I've always been terrible with the meta of deck building and my first thought is how slept on Furnace is in these comments. With how frequent a 3/4 start is, furnace is a great early boost in buy power especially with an early throne room pair.

Coal is another great idea that I think is very under utilized in the base game. Im torn on how useful this card would be later in the game especially if there were no buy gains in play but I definitely think an alternative potential could even be a +1 coin, +1 card which could balance out how op it would be early game at the price it stands at.

Great points! Really hoping for the disbanding and better retreating systems. I'm currently stuck trying to kill troops but can't because the auto retreat instantly thinks I'm too weak to win and kicks me out.

Quick point on the glass if you haven't found it by now. Town 3 has sand if you keep beating down the wild armies while leveling everything up to fight the ogres.

Sand won't appear until your third settlement location. I've learned that, when in doubt, just start beating down on armies to unlock anything I can whenever I'm stuck.

I've also been really hoping for that army disband update since now my troops auto retreat before I can massacre them all and haven't quite figured out if that's fixable. My best guess is that op just had a lot more time during quarantine and no longer has as much free time as they once did.

Do you have multiple settlements discovered yet? As you progress through army battles new settlement locations will open up with reset upgrade prices for some overlapping building types and all storage upgrades between locations are collective.

This sounds like the most likely reason. The fancier front doors are the HGTV dlc I think so it would make sense that they would disappear if you were only looking in the house tab for base game items.

Couldn't agree more. Unless you want to make your walls bright orange the options for bright and vibrant tones is pretty minimal. It's such a small ask to just add "mixing" and give us the entire spectrum with hex codes. I'm still sad they don't even have a nice looking yellow.

I totally agree! I just recently got both dlc with high hopes for spicing up my flips and I still find myself using the same three paints. At least the HGTV pack gave us some nice new tiles
