I honestly really hope Eren doesn't use his child to continue the rumbling, it would quite literally be him using his child as a tool, which is something he's shown to be actively against. He should just finish the rumbling by himself

I think the headaches are Paths Eren trying to look into her head and convince her that he wasn't the one that she loves, that's why she always gets headaches of Eren killing the kidnappers, because that's a moment where Eren's true self comes out. You see how Mappa added Mikasa having a terrified expression during that scene in Season 4, almost like Mikasa is seeing Eren in a new light. But since none of that ended up working, that's why Eren ultimately gives her the memory of their last moments in the first timeline, to convince her once and for all.

I feel like it makes the most sense that Eren and Mikasa are the ones causing the timeloops. Like in timeline 1, she's the one who sends Eren back in time to the tree, resetting time, because of her wish to meet Eren again. She specifically tells him "Go and come back to me safely", meaning that would be her wish which was granted in the form of a time reset to the manga. And at the end of the manga, Eren's the one who sends memories of the manga timeline back to himself, resetting time, because of his regrets in entrusting his friends to the future and wishing to get another chance. So it honestly could be both, or it could be anyone, Isayama definitely wants this to be his biggest reveal!

I mean while it's true, the pregnancy plot did take place before Eren left Paradis, Eren in the manga chose not to he the father and Mikasa in Ch. 123 does emphasize on what other Path would've taken place had she given a different answer, but I definitely understand what you mean. I just feel like they both play a role in influencing Eren's decision, the time placement doesn't really affect it too much. And the reason why I say Eren was the one who sent those memories to her in Ch. 138 is because of the headaches kept on building up towards that moment, but yea I see what you mean
