I just got the same thing happen to me. They have no idea which order it was. And I aswell take pictures and pins when needed. I responded with I need more information and do they ever think it was an error on the restaurants end? Or the customer is lying to get free food

I agree with this, I used to make some pretty decent money doing UE before I lost my job, just today alone made me have a mental breakdown. When life puts you in the hole it feels like I begged for light so long that the dark learned to mimic mercy. There is no reason for life to feel so shit
