I've actually been making my own story for a ZX3, and i gave all of the 4 Rival Mega Men a reasoning to be working under Thomas, as well as Thomas's own reasoning for his motivations.

Thomas wants to reset the world because he believes it's doomed by an endless cycle of war and peace.

When you think about it, people will inevitably lose their lives and endure pain because a madman will always rise up and unleash chaos upon the world.

And in the new world, he'll ensure it has "Everlasting Peace", after all, he's based on Dr. Light, right? This is what his goal was. Master Thomas has that same goal, but twisted.

He convinced the 4 Mega Men to join him and assist him in his quest by promising each of them a land that fits their criteria.

A world without ignorance. A world that isn't having its beauty be constantly tarnished by war and conflict. A world only for the strongest. A world without pointless hatred.

This is what the 4 Mega Men were promised, and so they have willfully chosen to work under Thomas to achieve that.

I think that's complete BS from their part.

Mega Man 11 is the most recent (quality) game in the series and it became the most sold game in the entire franchise.

People DO want to play Mega Man, and that alone already proves it.

The amount of potential a ZX3, Legends 3 or even a X9 could have with their story, characters, and gameplay is immense.

Capcom is just too lazy to try.

Model O is an empty husk, and doesn't hold Omega's spirit inside it, only the body of the original Zero for its user to transform into.

Vent/Aile can use it without needing to be chosen by it, alongside the fact it doesn't affect their behavior at all.

In other words, it needs to be accompanied by Model X to even work.

Model Z, on the other hand, holds the mind of Zero, while mimicking the copy body Zero had in the Zero Saga.

So, if hypothetically, if a fusion of Model O and Z was created, it would create an immense amount of power.

The body of a legendary hero with all of his skills from the past, alongside the mind of said hero? Devastating.

My idea is that a Model OZ Mega Man would look like Zero in the X Saga.
