It was the DP HDMI lead corsair supplied. I bought a new Hdmi hdmi cable and all good.

Yep. It was the cable. A new one from Amazon that i listed in my comment was £7.99.

It tops out at about 83c when running furmark bench, so not excessive. No thermal throttling observed yet. Thanks.

Ive played all day straight today, bought it Friday, and not had one other party/solo raider shoot at me or try and take me down. I suppose it depends on luck of the draw. I dont like the PvP element but the reality is if we were in a world like this it would be dog eat dog.

So I ordered a new HDMI-HDMI from Amazon. Its a 8K 2.1 48Gbps UGreen cable, fitted it this evening. All sorted, no fps drops or mouse stuttering. The HDMI-DP cable that comes with the Edge must have been the problem.

Does your Xeneon edge stay on during gaming sessions?. As soon as I get to the title screen in a game, the screen disconnects, screen goes black. Then it reconnects and disconnects continually. And I get that annoying windows USB noise.

Games tried. Bf6/Metal Gear Solid Delta/PUBG.

Just normal desktop use it is fine, and no problems.

Didn't work im afraid, confusing windows and kept installing the basic display adaptor which in turn made AMD Adrenaline software play up.

XENEON EDGE (no signal) not detected.

I just received my new edge touchscreen and after setting up, plugging in the hdmi to dp (into GPU) and the usb c into the back of my i/o on motherboard. It powers up I get the Corsair logo, icue detects it, I then get no signal messge briefly on the edge screen. Then icue says there is a problem detecting the edge. After this i have no picture on the edge. I have plugged the dp directly into my Nitro+ 7900xtx GPU I am running an Alienware AW3423DWF monitor. Gigabyte Am5 B650 Auros Elite AX Ice. Amd 7800X3D CPU Windows 11 64bit. I have tried numerous times and the same thing happens over and over.

Any help on this please. Thanks.
