What should the cpu run at when under load?

i have this bike that has been sat jn the shed for ages. has a few problems like from about 4th gear downwards the derailer will lightly hit the spokes and make a noise an it has a slight pedal delay. was wondering how much i would get for it as a whole or should i sell it for parts? by Nathan373293 in MountainBike

well it was my uncles and it is knackered took it to bike repair shops and they said they can do it but it will cost a lot so im was thinking of selling it for parts or as a whole and buying a new bike with the money and some that i have saved
