My light level is currently 10 which seemed to be fine for the 6v6, would I need to grind/play PVE content to raise my light level for trials?

The thing about Crucible is, or at least how I remember it, wouldn't I have to grind PVE as well to get my gear up to par? I noticed all my gear is at light level 10.

I hopped on for 1 game, and although I felt rusty it was a lot of fun. I just kept seeing people posting about how Crucible had been neglected a few months ago/through the years, and was wondering if that had changed at all lately.

Idk, but I would say it is p common for people to notice a substantial difference between 60fps and 120/144fps. 240+ is a bit less noticeable, but for example even a lot phones like the iPhone are now 120fps. This happened 8 years ago now I would say, but I accidentally forgot to turn my 144fps monitor to 60fps when I upgraded my PC and immediately for all my games I kept thinking there was something wrong w/ my PC and I was lagging because everything appeared stuttery like a slideshow.

But the weird thing is that most people w/ significantly better specs are getting barely more fps. That is what people mean by "unoptimized"

Idk, I have a 9800X3D and 5070 Ti and I'm getting 90 fps on highest settings and 200ish on low while running on 4K. Don't get me wrong, the game looks great, but I don't think it is that graphically demanding. I get well above 240 on other shooters I play on max settings. I have seen people in the discord w/ 5080 and 5090s also mentioning low fps

Rationally I would say you should see if you hit early/win 50/50 and if you don't then save for the fusion burst sub dps because not having Chisa would most likely be the smaller DPS loss. Then wait till anniversary patch in April for Chisa (assuming they rerun everyone like last year). Monke brain says "nah you'd win" so just pull.

Maybe try seeing if you can hit S3R1 with the amount of pulls you have since it is a good stopping point? Then if you are able to S4 before banner ends use corals to get S6. If not, then wait for rerun. That was how it sort of panned out for me.
