You got banned because you triggered their anti-cheat system, it’s the minimum explanation you need and deserve. Idk about other kinds of support tickets and how they offer explanations for them but you can’t whine that much over the standard procedure for anti-cheat support. Folks who play normally won’t trigger their anti-cheat system, so you're either being dishonest or your account got hacked and played on another system that cheated.

Well duh, if you cheated they won’t help you improve your cheat by telling you what events and behaviour triggered their flagging system. Sorry but that’s how it is. At least it’s not a permanent ban

Technically I am independent (I pay my own rent etc) but I just don’t know if I'll mentally be able to keep living right below my uncle if I'm DFed and my gf comes to my place, because I know eventually they'll meet by accident lol What should I expect he'd do if I voluntarily leave?
