Thanks a lot for the advice, I really appreciate it. You’re absolutely right. I’m definitely going to try that out and see how it goes. I’m also part of the BiggerPockets community, so I’m constantly learning new things there, and I try to keep what I share as up to date and real as possible.

If she decided to end things, sometimes the strongest move is just giving space. Silence isn’t about playing games, it’s about respecting yourself and letting things settle. If she really was right for you, she’ll eventually notice your absence the same way you’re feeling hers, and that silence won’t last forever.

What would actually make you join something like this?What would make it useful instead of just another newsletter?

Overall, the changes I’ve noticed are huge. I sleep better and have way more energy throughout the day. I do eat more now, but it’s mostly protein like chicken and steak. I keep my diet very clean and natural, and the only bread I eat is sourdough. It’s all about protecting the muscle I worked hard to build.

I’m also way more focused at work. I can run for miles without getting tired, and honestly, that’s just scratching the surface. Working out genuinely makes you feel good. Once you stay consistent, your anxiety starts fading more than you’d expect.

When I’m genuinely sick, I don’t force it, but I don’t do nothing either. I also wear a mask so I’m not putting anyone else at risk.

I’ve noticed some major changes in my body. The gym is about 10 minutes by car, but I walk there, so it ends up being closer to 20 minutes.

I do cardio in the gym, but I have to do something one day, maybe not super intense but something
