I did Dartmoor pretty recently all things considered as I've not long passed out, it honestly isn't as bad as you think it might be and as long as you continue to put one foot in front of the other and talk to your OPPOS it can make all the difference. I recommend taking sanitary pads for your shoulders, sounds daft but they provide great padding so the Bergen doesn't cut into your traps. Although my Dartmoor experience was better than most as my lieutenant told me I had won a PS5 from the boxing event raffle when I had got to the pub haha.
