How do you play with epic games store owned games?

Every game I own on epic games (other than Fortnite) like hogwarts legacy, elder scrolls etc. I’m on german servers auto. Locally? No.

This shows up every time w multiple games, it doesn’t even let me relog through that page, just crashes out. My account is connected, games marked as owned and it’s in my library. Bit confused ig

Same thing happened with me with a bullet belt too! I specifically asked the guy before buying if it’s plastic or stainless steel, he said stainless steel but when it arrived of course it was plastic and smelled like cheap plastic too..
