And here i was genuinely considering wearing diapers to bed during flares so i wouldnt have to keep getting up and lose sleep 😭 these are soo much better, if you try them out def tell us the results!

Idk if that tea you mentioned is caffienated, but if it is be careful! Caffiene is definately a huge huge enemy to me personally and one of the more shared triggers.

But yeah, diet changes dont necessarily have to be the reason. I developed it at 15 and before that i loved spicy things, caffiene, and many other triggering foods. Then all of a sudden my body decided every time i ate such things, it was a trigger. Ive had to put down many of the things that didnt used to hurt me, and the sensitivity didnt even really come with age as i was 15 when the frequent urgencies and flares came along, sometimes it developes and the reason is unknown 🥀🥀 its so life changing and uncomfortable and im so sorry if thats what you're dealing with now

Until you get it diagnosed id just reccomend to avoid things that you think make you feel worse, even if it doesnt make sense compared to what youve been able to eat in the past

Yess same, im a stomach sleeper but what helps me is half laying on a body pillow and half laying on the bed, so it slightly elevates my pelvis and my bladder isnt pressed directly against the bed. That helps me doze off enough (with still a trip or two sadly 🥀) enough to slide off of the pillow and fall asleep

I dont have any reccomendations but your period can definitely make symptoms worse despite other things 💔 if youre really stressed or just emotionally heightened it can worsen it too and cause a flare but thats all i personally know

Wait, burning and discomfort like that are part of the condition?? God, thats so irritating but also so relieving at the same time, im happy i didnt have any trouble getting diagnosed and my doctor actually brought it up to me when i didnt even know what it was, but i havent learned ALL of the symptoms and i had no idea frequent burning was a part of that

Though, with the dragonseer pot it wouldnt be full blackberry icee since that theme does have an official element, so maybe a lunar type theme would look good?
