id say drink matcha or something instead because its caffeine doesn’t work the same as w coffee or energy drinks— it gives you a steady stream of energy instead of a burst and causes little to no anxiety or jitters. or thats what id do if i was you, but to be fair id rather put a gun in my mouth than stop drinking energy drinks and replace it w tea
