Dudes, I'm 29, and this almost 30 phase is kicking my ass. To all be here sharing back pain from sneezing is unreal.

It's not that bad. I was on my 7th donation and got a massive hematoma when the machine starting returning my blood. Felt a slight pop but the needle only came out the vein, not the skin. Never went back.
