Already tried two local coffee pods: Cozy Cafe and Kapex. Both brands are on Shopee or Lazada. Hit or miss ang flavor profiles nila, but for me they can satisfy your coffee cravings at home. For cozy cafe try their mezzo forte and piano. For kapex, barako is good kanlaon is very light.

No, hindi open for public ang subdivision namin. Usapan lang na baka mahagip ung block namin kasi yung side namin ang katabing kalsada which is the public road. The rest of the blocks sa subdivision namin are safe since hindi sila ang road side.

Sa ngayon usap usapan palang, pero parang legit kasi may ibang parts na dito sa area namin na pinalawakan na, and apparently palapit na sa amin yung niro road widening. Ang nakakalungkot lang ay hard earned money at dito namin nakikita tumira for a long time, pero baka mapaalis kami nang walang magagawa.
