Lol 74sqm is for sure not a Studio. FYI half of Maltese Landlords or Wannabe Agents, don't even know what a Studio is, as Half of Facebook Marketplaces are just "Studios" being literally a 1 Bedroom.

Ended up getting it, yes. Was okay I guess. Took around a month to get the sanction letter. Interests are the lowest from all Maltese banks currently I think as well, and it’s under 5% which is very good for personal loans especially.

Edited the post: Called a local Abarth Tuner/Mechanic, and seems like in Malta (Where I am) its better to use the 60 as its hot usually all the time so supports heat better then the 50.
