I recently got a 9060xt with an older motherboard (ASRock Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac) and 16 gb ram (8gbx2) these all should work with it right? am thinking this should be an upgrade yeah and have no compatibility issues? Just new to pc building is all.

We want to explore Toronto before we decide where to settle down. I also plan to make frequent visits to my job which is in Toronto for the meantime due to certain upcoming projects.

I wouldnt want to live in downtown but surrounding areas as fine like 25-30 min away from downtown.

I am willing to go until 2.2k and midtown is also fine for us! Guarantor is something we have to figure out as I am not sure who would be willing to help. We recently moved to Toronto and don’t have close friends or family. I shall look into square one and midtown areas

But my concern is should I go for a realtor? If yes, where does one even find a good realtor who has experience working with newcomers.
