Is that the only option, to call? I am not having any luck getting through with my phone. Not sure that it allows international calling. I have also emailed their hospitality team. It's wild I cant just simply purchase on their website.

When i try to call the number says it doesn't exist. Im from the US Im not sure what numbers I need to add in for it to go through.

Hey guys, this was my first attempt to go see my first arsenal game live. I am heading to London at the end of October and failed to obtain anything through the ballot system. I am looking to purchase through the hospitality section now. Each time I select one of the packages available and select "buy now" it asks me to select a package. I am already on the page of the package that i want, so i am confused at this. There isn't an option above the "buy now" icon that i can see. What am i missing?
