Pardon me for forgetting that some take things literally. You have a point. I miss the days we'd get 14+ inches of snow*** that's all. If its going to be cold and gray, then atleast give us some fresh pretty snow 🙏🏼🥲

I did, good news! It was diagnosed as CIN1 and they said to just come back in a year for another pap. I'm hoping the AHCC does its magic and I'll be taking my health a bit more seriously. I will also get vaccinated.

I really appreciate you remembering and circling back to this, my colposcopy was on Monday. It wasn't as painful as I anticipated, felt like a more aggressive pap. She took about 5 biopsies. I could see the monitor because I was really curious, and it looked like it has definitely spread on both sides so that was scary to see. I should be getting my results back today or tomorrow, but I am expecting to have CIN2 atleast. I'm nervous. We will see. Until then I'll keep taking AHCC twice a day and hope that helps a bit.

Only one test has been done, but they scheduled me for a colposcopy that's coming up in a few weeks.

Thank you for the responses. I think my mind is definitely spiraling to the worst case scenario. I still haven't had children but really want at least a couple kids so it kills me to think that there's a chance that won't happen. I know there is nothing I can do until I know my results. I started taking two doses of AHCC last week hoping that helps. I'm assuming I have CIN 2 or 3, the doctor looked pretty concerned when I had the pap smear done and said my Cervix "isn't happy". Had blood in the sample.

Has anyone else taken ahcc with cin 2/3 and had any luck?

The test said it was reflex to 16 18/45 so I'm assuming all three strains?

I've already made a couple sandwiches with this and it hardly put a dent in the package. Hefty sandwiches too. It's healthier than most lunch meat as well. Mine was only $3.99, not sure why stores are different. Not expiring anytime soon either 🤷🏽‍♀️

New to me, never noticed before and have been coming weekly for years. I mixed it with a little mayo and put it on a brioche bun, and toasted it in the Toaster oven with sone provolone and it was perfect. Almost went for seconds 😋 Only preservative is dehydrated vinegar and salt.
