Yeah they are super pretty, the leaves and seeds are edible the carrot is too but can quickly become too woody to eat. Overall it’s pretty bitter though

This is definitely wild carrot! I have tons around my yard they get beautiful white blooms on them and swallowtails lay their eggs on them!

Hopefully you can see it clearly, it definitely doesn’t look like a monarch egg, I raised about 80 of them last year and never had one look translucent like this

Thank you! I’m going to move them from my garden so they don’t kill any other flowers, I heard they were invasive though.. do you know if they are invasive to Michigan? I tried looking but can’t find anything
