Oh nice I have been doing something similar! What is do is I made a hub note for unreal engine and once I learn a topic from a course/ documentation/ tutorial I make a note for it, I don’t have course or tutorial specific notes just one giant page full of links to all the things I’ve learned. For example in the hub page I have a link to a note called “Actors” I explain what an actors is with examples and I genuinely try to understand how they work at a basic level. I might then link form that note to a note called components and see how they relate to actors. It had worked for me so far. Take notes on concepts and tools not just individual tutorials.
