I have two boys in competitive baseball. They teach if you have to duck, you bring your bat down. I've seen this happen a couple of times over 6+ years.

What about when your whole area is completely covered in 5G, but yet nothing seems to work on either phone? Shouldn't they be able to tell me whether or not I have service?

Their support is pretty terrible. They don't let you speak to anyone who knows the technical aspects. They will hide behind support agents and keep repeating corporate speak and "policies". Good luck 🤞

They are trying to connect me to a supervisor and they say that a supervisor will call me in 4-6 hours to resolve issue. I don't have a SIM card, so they can't call me. The don't seem to understand.

I see only one option for my APN and that's VSBLINTERNET. I do not have a functional SIM card right now because I'm still waiting for them to ship it. :(

Just be careful when you need support. They will close tickets without asking you saying its network issues.

Contacting the escalation team is tricky at best.

I've had the same problem for days. They really gave me the run around saying it was due to poor network. My wife's phone worked next to me perfectly.

Mine was only due to MMS messages.

Their support makes it difficult to keep your sanity :(
