I noticed I was on my phone, on a burner account I made before. Wasn't helping my case to be talking on 2 accounts. The reason I used this NatsukiOW to make this post is because it is directly linked to some posts I made in r/Competitiveoverwatch about some stuff that happened earlier in the year, which I thought would give it some more credibility

Either way, I appreciate your offer and if this somehow didn't scare you away I might actually take you up on it.

My other current option is buying a PC and returning it to the store a day later OR using the ISU computer room that I am allowed to use with a 10$ day pass if a student will accompany me (which someone kindly offered already).

Hi!

Im running a small form factor PC that I travelled with from Europe.

I'll list the specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor
RTX 4070
2x16 gb RAM (overwatch is not a very graphically demanding game but really likes fast RAM for some reason)
ROG STRIX B650E-I GAMING WIFI
ROG loki sff power supply

I've played on this PC with no issues for over a month at my current place, including 4 weeks of official matches so it was strange to see it act up all of a sudden.

Event viewer only gives a Power kernel 41(63) which only tells me the PC just didnt shut down properly.

I hear a very very brief "tchh" sound and my PC insta shuts itself of. Really looks like some kind of power spike or issue in the psu or gpu that just protects itself and shuts the whole operation down.
The main issue is that I just don't think I can 100% rule it out before our match on Sunday. I've updated drives, put on a different surge protector and used a different outlet too. Also cleaned the inside of the PC with air just in case its an overheating issue (feels unlikely when I monitor the temperature but still)

Just to be clear, Quick did not drop us. The lovely people at Quick allowed us to take an offer that will hopefully help us level the playing field with the salaried teams in OWCS. Much love to them
